Ew. I just burned myself reading how Penny Arcade didn't like Tales of Symphonia. Tycho thinks the "hybrid action" in the Tales series is some brand new kind of wankery meant to stroke a good review out of a few people. It's frustrating because Tales of Phantasia came out in 1994. That's like 10 years to just fucking notice what's going on, and he thinks linear motion whatever is recent. I am disappointed. (I meant to say something about gay sex and turn-based battle systems, but even I get embarrassed.)

I'm still sulking a little teeny bit about Hagaren, and incidentally playing Tales of Phantasia. And lots and lots of oRO.

Tycho's always hated linear motion. He just hates the fact that it's becoming the New And Trendy Thing To Do with lots of games right now; even FFXII is gonna do it. Tales of Symphonia came out at teh wrooong time, and he wouldn't have liked it anyway. XD

I'm just happy he likes Shadow Hearts, 'cause it deserves love. Today I finally got some more gay porn! The NPC was so cute, he was a soldier and he said he couldn't work with it around 'cause it was too distracting. XDXD At least I didn't have to buy a scary fat guy drinks this time. Poor Yuri.
