It still doesn't work. Heartbreak still hurts like a bitch.

I was going to have a dancer with blue hair named Lake! TT_TT

Maybe I can convince my fambly to buy me one really cheap laptop so I can play Ragnarok and read porn in bed...(psst, don't tell them the second part)

Dell and Compaq all have nice cheap laptops, and by "nice and cheap" I mean decently equipped for between $650-900. But there's a great deal over at Best Buy right now for an eMachines M5405. It's got gobs of memory and hard drive, a DVD/CD-RW, wireless networking, and a WIDESCREEN. It normally retails for $999 but w/ the $150 mail-in rebate, it'll be $850. Nicely better than anything for same price from Dell or Compaq. And Widescreen means happier DVD watching. ^___^

If you're gonna try to convince'em w/ the rebate, though, you should hurry. The rebate ends on Nov. 13th. Maybe you could get an advance on your Xmas present! XD

(If you go REALLY cheapo, Wal-Mart has a $598 laptop that's made of graham crackers and liquid cooled with Cheez Whiz...)

I really don't want a whole new computer---I just want something LITTLE and CHEAP---7 GB of hard drive and all the other good things that make RO run, and that is IT. If I can get a laptop for $650...but the other thing is, this is probably only going to keep me busy for a month. Maybe I can rent one...

A laptop for $650? Hells yeah. Dell 1000 is like their cheapest and comes w/ only three configurations. And they start at $650. No customizing. It's like supposed to be an "impulse buy", like how Palm made their $99 Zire PDA a coupla Xmases back. You could just grab'em off the rack at RadioShack or OfficeMax.

But yeah. Dell Inspiron 1000. 14.1'' screen, 2.2 GHz Celeron, 30 GB HD, 256 RAM. Just for pluggin' around the house for RO and porn, it'll do. Hell, it's prob. more powerful than my Haruka, and Haruka was 200 bucks more expensive. *sigh* Oh, Haruka....
