I used the: ftp://200.74.164.3/juegos/rolonline-mmorpq/lineage2/l2installer.zip one, which took ages but it works. Speed was around 20-100kps, and make sure you only use 4 connections on it and a downloading program which will continually reconnect if dced from the server.
