スィートポテト

Um. They're called スィートポテト. ~_~ What a name, guys...for those can't read it, that says, "sweet potato." "Sui-to poteto." WTF!! Japanese recipe here. It's basically mashed satsumaimo with sugar, cream and butter.

I think I didn't bake them long enough. I put them in the oven for 5 minutes, and they just got kind of warm. (Nothing changed.) If they'd just harden up or melt or something I could call them cookies, but nuuu, they just sit there looking like curly turds. >_> Not that they weren't really good. Cream is something to try in mashed potatoes.

I will try them in the oven again later. If I make these in the future, black sesame seeds, sliced almonds, or chocolate chips would be good toppings :3

EDIT: I've taken the personality test at the very beginning of DQ3 several times over the past few years, and I've gotten: わがまま, 正直者, and now 泣き虫 fairly consistently. わがままと泣き虫... =_=

Stuck almonds in them and ovened them one more time. They're not any harder or softer or anything, but, uh. They have almonds in them?

That's true. I wish I had been able to use a frosting tip and all but I just didn't have one lying around and I didn't want to wait to make them anymore. I was mostly worried about the brown bits on top. I didn't get any of those... EEEEEE L-SEMPAI LIKES MY COOKIESSSSS
