...did I say I was going to put up pictures today? HMMM. ^_______^ Uh, I don't have enough to update with? Really, it's like five pictures and four are porn and one of THOSE is like...I have brushed things out of my hair neater than that. =_= Last week was a wasteland because I was all OMG SEXXX!!11 and I didn't have that pen I was missing. And I haven't colored that AU picture yet! Oh ANGUISH! So, um, nothing until I feel like it. If anybody ELSE can see it, I use the to-do list thing here and it's not as up-to-date as my actual hard copy and it's in Japanese but uh...you're free to it?)
Went and got my hair done, so now I feel very fashionable. If you're the type who gets your hair cut at a salon and you live around Boston, it's Shear Madness in Burlington (don't stalk me plz kthx). Linda used to work at a salon on Newbury Street in Boston, and she still charges like one, but she is excellent. She does stuff that actually looks good once you get out of the salon and you're not all kinda whipped up about being beYOOtiful, so you feel okay in real life. Very recommended.
I saw these pretty brooches in Glamour magazine that I really want to draw. =_= If you get this month's issue, they're on page 227, and actually, they look like costume jewelry, but there's a blue one, and a pinkish purple one, and a green and yellow one. I thought about maybe putting them on Hagaren girls, but I already did that with the Pink House, so. ...this comes after a lot of reluctantly admitting to myself lately that maybe I did get my aunt Jane's thing for fashion. I spend too much time thinking about what outfits anime characters wear.
...oh, and...Bakelite. ...I have Bakelite on the brain these days. In a Hagaren context. I wonder how much of that they had around in 1915, and where, and what they used it for. ...mmm, ugly antiques... *slobbers* I'll probably end up looking it up. Last night when I was drawing a picture of Roy shaving (MWAHAHA) I got to look up safety razors, which was...fun...Got less porn than I expected, too, yay. I never mentioned it, but before it was dress cuts that look good on guys and/or can cover big shoulders or add curves (for the pictures of RoyEd dancing ay back when). ...and today it's Bakelite. Or, um, maybe I'll just put ink on these Pink House pictures... =_=
EDIT: BitTorrent, sweetie, there are already other people who have seen episode 19. Could you please hurry the motherfuck up?
BitTorrent: Nyah nyah, if you're bored and have nothing to screencap, you'll draw stuff! Haha lazy artist I exert my power over you! RARARAR!
Robin: *makes the most hurt, troubled, and confused puppy eyes she can manage* That's...that's *lower lip wobbles* I'm gonna go cry now. *sits in a corner* HA! YOU MADE THE ARTIST CRY! Never manipulate the manpulative! Hahahaha! =_=
