( If you read fullmetal_info, this is just spam, I'm putting it in here so I will remember )
Dim sum today with Olive and Yang. Yang and I got lost in Boston because of Stupid Big Dig and it made us an hour late. =_= Meanwhile, Olive stood around at a subway station waiting for us and being asked by crazy people if she's Jewish or Hebrew (answer: neither). It was not a busy day at the dim sum place, no coconut lovelies, but I got the taro root crunchy things that I love so, and some egg custard. I should make a master list of Dim Sum I Like so I don't go to dim sum, get everything in sight, fill up on stuff I don't care for that much, and have leftovers. (It's really not that hard for that to happen.)
I have purchased "Oolong slimming tea." I think my mother's attitude towards these kinds of things is generally mistrust. Like, I'm afraid to show it to her, she'll tell me I'm going to die, or frown. Maybe she's right, but I'm really not planning to drink more than one cup a day ever, if I even remember I have it, and they're selling it, so it probably doesn't kill people? Right? If it even WORKS. If mom DOESN'T say, hey, interesting! If it's even drinkable.
I never really noticed about the AMOUNT of tea for various ailments they have stocked at Super 88 (I was looking at the curry section, okay). There's something so optimistic and wonderful about the idea of being healthy by drinking wonderful wonderful tea.
I also strongly considered a durian fruit. Yes, really, except I didn't want to carry the motherfucker, so. Someday...now that I know they're there.
And and...other taste adventures...aloe. Aloe drink. I'm going to find out what this aloe tastes like.
EDIT: AHHH my aloe has pulp in it *shrinks away* And I am just under 5'3".
