Attention please: I am just now beginning to recover from my fourth cold in eight months. It made my nose hurt and all sorts of weird things were coming out. I will see a doctor about medication for a sinus infection in not too long.
Oh my god I think I've been in New York City since I last posted.
Basically my goal was to eat, and so I did (ノД‘) Menchanko-tei wasn't as amazing as it used to be---tonkotsu tasted watery. Have I damaged myself? Must have oden or something next time. Sobaya had chestnut creme brulee and sweet potato pudding. At Yakitori Totto, I ate goya chanpuru and chicken hearts and three tsukune, and they have the best annin doufu I've ever eaten. Ever. It was honest-to-god better than what I was constantly buying in the convenience store in Japan. It was creamier, deeper, sweeter, more flavorful, and just the right texture. When I finished it, I wanted to put my head in my hands and cry like a little baby because it was over, and I wouldn't get any more for a whole year.
I put it off talking about this for a long time because I have to apologize to Adi. :( I got the dates wrong. Well, my MOM got the dates wrong when I asked her, and then when I asked again, she was like, Oh, heck no, we're not going THEN! Fail.
:( Adi, if you were in Kinokuniya a Friday night or two ago, I might have seen you ^^;;;;;; Please accept my humble apology.
Moving along, GEE, I WONDER WHICH ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. I'd bet money that he's also the wackiest, but they have that Spain guy, too...who's up for pairing them off?! >:D YAAY! ...
Sarcasm aside, I am a long ways away from watching anime this season. I am a little put off by all the moe, and also all the shows that may or may not depict a stupid/helpless girl falling for a antisocial/stupid boy. I bought a Newtype---what is this Kurenai you speak of? Also, Robin's affection points for CLAMP down -500 for this...Kabato? Tobato? ...Kobato. You are not allowed to make a soothing manga about a funny little girl with a title that ends in "-bato[punctuation]." YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED. (You'll never beat Yotsuba, anyway. Never. Nothing can.)
...speaking of which, are they ever gonna make an anime out of Yotsuba or not? >:|
