Well, they all sparkle to some extent because this is Angelique and OUR MEN SPARKLE, but he's the only one so far who gets a sparkle near the face while he makes an "I'm so beautiful" pose.
I've only played it through twice to make all the screenshots I've been putting up. It's easy to date more than one man at once, so I just do 'em in bulk, save before the end, and then use that to do all the different endings over again.
