by the waaay at the moment i'm having some porridge (it's been a decade) prepared with vanilla flavored soy milk and it's quite yummy for something this considerably healthy. It may seem a bit off to tell you this but i thought you had stopped drinking cows' milk a while ago (as did i) and ohh osteoporosis will strike upon those who don't take enough calcium supplements to strengthen their bones with so maybe this could be worth a try (maybe?).
