Made with my brand new Betty Crocker Bake 'n' Fill. The frosting is dulce de leche, sweetenend condensed milk, Cool Whip, and toffee bits. Very reminiscent of marshmallows.

Dad: Oh, god, she's been sucked in by the Betty Crocker culture!
