Well, I don't expect the poor man to really converse with me in Japanese...half of things I would really want to say about be about BL/moe anyway, and I'm not going to tell him about moe or he'll never shut up about redheads. (It's redheads with him.) So instead we'll stick with "what's your name" and "where are you going" and "where do you work" and "what's that?"
