...I take it you're unacquainted with the concept of private servers? As a basic rule, they are all free and many have greatly improved EXP/money/drop rates. Some also incorporate annoying donation systems. I've seen servers that require you to donate to class change without a quest or get the best armor. The server I linked above doesn't seem to have that so far because it's so small (under 50 people), but I said I don't trust them because they kind of look like a financial endeavor, so to speak. =_=
