Yeah, stay away from the manga. Stay far, far away. It's soft porn. Devastatingly bad.
I do have less trouble with Nina and Sergei because it's not about humiliating Nina. (Pity the manga Nina: Nagi is more or less her "father" and he makes her bend over a table so he can whip her in public.) Mostly what worried me about the orz episode is how light-hearted it was about a classmate attempting to drown other girls and Nina moaning like a porn star. D: There are some omake things for Mai Otome I plan to watch, but I have a book describing all of them, so I can skip the one where the girls apparently wear lingerie to a sleepover and end up tearing off Nina's clothes to (GUESS WHAT) tickle her. Also, I can also skip this business with Tomoe and Shizuru, thanks to you and wikipedia (’ー‘)
