I think making it look like this (http://www.tokyomango.com/tokyo_mango/images/2007/04/27/omurice.jpg) is either a myth or an unholy act best committed by a trained professional. (That's a mouse, right?) I thought Youtube might have something to help, so I went to look for my own edification :3 First (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OExw1yJLma8) we have one where the egg is wrapped around the rice in the frying pan. After this part the lady will just put it on a plate carefully with the open part down.
