I'm back now

Had a retarded weekend:

-Went back to playing the Sims like the filthy slut I am. The first game. Because last time I quit I didn't care about Sam and Dean Sims.

-The phone line got blown out by a thunderstorm sometime during Sunday, so no internet for a little over 24 hours. (the storm was okay)

-The family of robins (a mother and 4 babies) has moved out of the nest that was in a bush right next to my porch, probably because they were raided by a cat. Left behind are the remains of at least two or three birds: one wing in two different places, and a little dead body in the grass. They were four blue eggs once. Very mixed feelings about lolcats right now.

Thought the thunderstorms we had were God's way of saying DO NOT WANT about the ordination thing. (My mother thought that was so funny she snorted her tea.)

I enjoyed the thunderstorm myself, enough that I definitely felt annoyed that Supernatural thinks they're a bad omen or something. THEN MY INTERNET WENT OUT.

WHAT. We totally got jipped out of that storm. One lousy rumble of thunder and some rain, bah.

Poor birds. ;_; Yet another reason why cats are INDOOR pets. People never even stop to think about the kind of damage their cat can do to the local wildlife when they let them out. And when some poor hapless bird or mouse or rabbit gets left on the doorstep, well, that's just nature for you! Except your cat is a domestic animal and is NOT part of the ecosystem, so actually that's pointless slaughter! ARG! /rant

Well, maybe you should heh heh heh. The great thing about having US TV stars for your models is that it's not so hard to find Sims that match.
