A veritable buttload of Aion screenshots, 368 (!) to be exact. A large number are occupied by caps of various characters flying. My favorites are the ones of Dean in Verteron (standing around in a place with a great view, at sunset).

I borrowed a friend's account to begin with and later I switched to my own, so I had to make new ones, and a few of them had hit level 10 by then. Also, there was one instance where I died during the second sequence where your character learns their past ^^; (the one where you have to fight easy monsters---yes, I died)

I'm so tired of starting over, I'm gonna hate it when the beta ends. OTL

I am kicking myself so hard for missing last weekend's beta...I am tempted to pre-order the game. The price makes me go "...!" though.

I'm also jonesing to play L2 again, but two MMOs at once might be a bit much. My computer would never speak to me again.

You can preorder for $50. You don't have to get the special edition, which charges an extra $20 and includes such rare treasures as a figurine of a busty Asmodian warrior bitch. :P That will include access to all the betas, the option to start playing two days before the proper launch, and your own account. Then you have to pay for a subscription even if you do use MP's account. Yeah, it costs money. Maybe we'll have private servers someday :P

Don't play L2. Aion will be kinder to you, and you don't want to take up space on your computer. Find some other goal, like working on a beloved old console video game (what I'm doing), watching anime, reading, drawing up a storm, etc. Something you can drop on a moment's notice T_T

I've got 2 copies of the game automatically (haven't had to buy a game from NCsoft in 3 years). MP doesn't really want to play it much, but will play it occassionally, so I'll be keeping her account active on the monthly fees.

So yeah, don't worry about buying the game Runan, you can piggy off her account.
