I'd imagine they get them even later than Hokkaido, and there are maps of the cherry blossom fronts moving up Japan that say they get them in like May or later. IF THEY EVEN HAVE CHERRY BLOSSOMS.
Did you know? Livejournal has been misbehaving. The biggest thing that upset me recently was that they're using a certain kind of ad on their sign-in screen if you're not a paying member. The whole page goes dark and you see an ad, and when there was an ad for malware it took months for it to get fixed. It might not matter to us but plenty of people who use LJ don't know better >:|
