Apparently he can swim okay, except it can rust his arm. Or...actually, I'd prefer it if he couldn't swim. The kid has metal attached to him anyway---like that's any buoyant. =_=
Agent Envy is great because when he takes off his sunglasses, he has really green Matrix-lines eyes. You know, the neverending numbers and letters and backwards kana lines? Yeah.
