I've done a little cleaning up of my friends list. I only picked out the LJs that were gone or no longer used, so I don't think I kicked off anybody important. If I screwed up, do say something :3 I will right wrongs and triumph over evil. *strikes a pose*




ROBIN'S BIG POT OF YUMMY SHIT. It's not really shit, folks, it's curry. That's almost-caramelized onions, chicken and potatoes, a block of Golden Curry (Hot), just enough water to cover (2-4 cups?) and these spices stirred together beforehand:

1/4 tsp cumin, coriander, cloves, cardamom, mace, fennel seed, ginger, white pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp red pepper

This equals, uh, 2 5/8 tsp of spices. ...tasting my curry, I'll say that this is definitely more than it sounds like. Phew-wee. I'm putting this up mostly so I'll remember to put in less next time.

It is, and I did not mention the oil that goes in while it's cooking. But since it's a mere sauce, it goes on rice, and that helps cut down the fat.

Ah, your swooning about curry made me buy some instant curry lately .. It's called "Vermont Curry" and I picked a really "mild" one because I can't eat the hot stuff .. XD;
