Tales of Legendia is so funny I have a mark on my leg from slapping my knee.
Will kind of bothers me. He hits Norma and he's always like BLAH BLAH DON'T GO SO FAR OUT IN THE FRONT SENEL during fights. He's a frontline fighter, Will, that's his fucking job. Not to mention he has to get up close to hit things anyway, oh yes this is another thing that makes me sad. Everybody seems to have teeny weeny range with their attacks. I feel so restricted and unable to kill things. Must be patient. Also having trouble doing any of Senel's throws.
Norma is teh win. She attacks monsters by blowing bubbles at them (and using magic). That's right, she doesn't bonk them with the straw or something, she blows bubbles. And the bubbles are pink. Also, she said some...very funny stuff...to Senel barely 10 minutes after meeting him...I'm not sure if it's common knowledge or not because this is sure to be the sort of thing to get out among the fanart sites, but maybe not YET. It's good. I don't want to ruin it.
At the end of chapter 1, when Senel finally rescues Shirley and she wakes up, she says "お兄ちゃん" and it's all soft and wakey-wakey like. これはこれは。 かんわいいっ Mmhm, adorable.

I got the super heavy throw while at the final dungeon. It throws nearly everything, except dragons and the giant fish it seems. I think garyuu ougi can throw those though.
Wait till you meet Grune, anything she says is かんわいいっ to the forever power.
