Just to show that I can be a curmudgeon, too

I'd just like to note, before I forget, that in the microcosm of the FFVII section of gamefaqs.com, when you make a guide about one specific little thing about the game, but not a walkthrough, it's called a "mechanics" guide. A "party mechanics" guide. A "date mechanics" guide. A "Don Corneo mechanics" guide. "Limit break mechanics."

For fuck's sake, you guys! What does that mean?!

I still have heartburn. And I had curry for dinner. Hhhuurrgh.

mechanics (noun) - The functional and technical aspects of an activity.

Don't be an ass. Why do they have to put it in every title when they don't in other, more enlightened parts of gamefaqs? Also, they're not describing the functional and technical aspects of an activity, it's the insides of a game. It's a NOUN.
