It seems outlandish that anyone on my flist would still care and not know, but there's rumors going around about a second Hagaren TV series. A document supposedly from BONES was leaked and it supposedly said stuff about this new series (there was also contact information that was confirmed to be real). My excellent comrade and I only had a day or so to foam until BONES announced officially that it wasn't their document. My reaction was still poorly controlled in that I took time out to emo in my eljay (OH SHIT).

I guess I would have left it that way if the rumor hadn't come back in some other form. So, ummm...like...there's still a faint possibility that there will be a new Hagaren series, intended to be more like the manga, next year.

I would rather nobody believed this, because if I make a big deal and I'm wrong I'm gonna feel even worse. I'm scared, guys. I'm scared of being hurt again. Hold me.

(Another entry is forthcoming because I have some fascinating things to post.)

Oh, speaking of fluff, that Mochida Aki series I recommended to you? The one where you could a read a chapter on Ribon's site? It's become more than honobono---it's so very...癒し系。 There's a scene in a recent chapter where the love interest's Dark Past comes out and he's very very emo. The main character finds herself unable to walk away from that so she hugs him, even while he tries to shove her away and get her to stop, and then he starts to cry on her shoulder T_T And she lets him because that's what she wanted TT_TT IT WAS REALLY GOOD. Unfortunately I can't find no scanlations of that, but there's a scanlation of one of her one-shot stories that I liked here (http://www.freewebs.com/majesticxraws/oneshots.htm), if you're interested.

Well, it's still quite possible nothing will come of it. It might be hard to sell a remake of such a relatively recent series, 'specially one that isn't fanservice-oriented. Drama CDs would be nice too~

.....IIIIII really hope it's not a traditional shonen show. 300 episodes of FMA is too many :P But Bones does good work, so let's be optimistic!

We'll really have to see about ToA. I'm more nervous than happy about the announcement, but you never know, right? I just don't want another ending like the game; I think I hate Asch almost as much as I love Luke, so I'm really biased. ^^;;;;

Thanks for the link~! I'll make sure to check it out :D

FMA isn't fanservice oriented? :D ...oh, right, it isn't. X333 But sometimes I wish it was just so they'd get more comedy and less needless angst (or at least, they'd angst about who loves who instead of who kills who). I was thinking of the remake of Negima, but that's fanservice-oriented, huh?

Thankfully there aren't 300 chapters of FMA. Yet. I think they're pushing 100 lately. That's still a lot of episodes, huh?! I think they could condense some of it and still do fine. I mostly complain because I have, like, a grudge against the director of the FMA anime and, yeah, butthurt, getting way way way ahead of myself etc.

Oh god. Maybe this will be the way they bring a real ending to the franchise? I was mostly dissatisfied for Tear and Natalia's sake, but, I mean. Doesn't that ending go against everything they said and showed in the game about Luke and Asch both being...worthy?

Just if you feel like it :3 It's very...the author purposely tried to make it very sweet. It works for me.
