I know that by size the duck belongs in the middle, but I don't understand why anyone would want to eat duck without crispy skin :333
Mom and I saw on TV today that you can cut the turkey into four pieces to make it easier to fit in an oven and more likely to cook well. We didn't do that, though---I think we cut it up right after it was cooked.
