We interrupt your regular Moumusu bullshit to bring you this special bulletin:

Shinichirou Miki is going to be Roy in the new anime.

(3:07:04 PM) Robin: This is entirely beyond my ken
(3:07:08 PM) Robin: This is just too deep and complicated
(3:07:25 PM) Robin: I have to be a hermit for a decade now
(3:07:47 PM) Robin: To think about this terrible question
(3:09:02 PM) Yang: Okay
(3:09:05 PM) Yang: you need to go to a happy place
(3:09:16 PM) Robin: I'm writing an LJ journal
(3:09:17 PM) Yang: The Wacky Adventures of Quizno and the Flounder
Quizno and Flounder are Roy and Ed's nicknames, respectively, in a ridiculous AU created by Yang solely for me where "they're trying to escape from a rogue's gallery of colorful characters in a central american prison." Roy toasts his enemies, Ed can't swim.

Ookawa must be such a fucking superstar from Angelique Neo that he can't come back. Yeah, right, it would give FMA too much of an otome game image (except Miki is like all over HaruToki ahahaha). I really like Ookawa, but I also started liking Miki because his voice reminds me of Roy...moreso than Ookawa's part in Angelique reminds of Roy.

...Is the manga less depressing than the original anime? I never got far enough to find out. If so, I *may* watch the new FMA...

...If I can ever get over how much I dislike the art style ._.;;

It really depends on your definition of depressing. :/ The manga is way the more gut-wrenching, and the funny parts just aren't the same when Ed doesn't move, but hoping and wishing has actually convinced me that maybe the manga will have the ending I want. P.S. The ending I want is like this: every character I like frolicking with bluebirds and woodland animals in a sunlit field where it rains flowers, birdsong, and the sound of bells. =_________= IT COULD HAPPEN
