Dear NCSoft, I like your game enough to wonder, why can't you just run a real fucking beta? Why can it only be every other weekend? Why did it have to be on fucking 4th of July? Some of us don't want our holiday to compete with an MMO---some of us would like to jump up and down on your silly winged boat to find the bugs all week long! Yes!

Wah Aion beta is over and I had 72 kinah to my name last time I checked |||||OTL

Now I have to find something else to be obsessed with for a WHOPPING 10 days. Right before this beta started I was actually playing a little RO OTL Maybe more Nintendo DS lessons in Japanese penmanship and arcane manners? Reading books, since I picked up Shinshi Doumei Cross for a little while last week? The world is full of possibilities!!! ~~but I wanna play Aion online~~

Monitor update: it is alive, but I can't move it around. I hooked up an old monitor I had (still a nice one) and now I run on two monitors at home! Still don't have a laptop for traveling.

I was always broke too, but try to keep about 700kinah on hand, you need it to warp out of Pandemonium OTL

There's a stupid errand quest you can do for kinah in Sanctum. The teleporter sends you to the outer dock with a package and at some point you get 500 kinah. I never did it myself because it's time-consuming but his dialogue does say it's there so that people don't get stuck. Maybe there's something like that? I have never found myself in such dire economic straits until now, and it was because I blew it all crafting a bunch of things that I can now sell for a profit ^^;

My problem is that Sanctum is basically full of death traps. It's really great that the city is in the sky until you miss the boat/elevator/railing and FALL TO YOUR DEATH BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY GLIDE >_< And the city is too freaking big, I hate walking around there...freaking sadist architects...

Good thing Pandemonium isn't like that, come join us :3

Yeah I noticed the quest and actually did it once, the time you spend on it really isn't worth the reward (unless you're dead broke and absolutely need the money. I sold some of my consumables to get out instead. What can I say, you don't really need that Curry as an Assassin...)

I have it all sorted out and I decided that if I had to have a female chanter (and I do) I like the Asmodian version of the chain armor the best. ^^; I just don't feel like starting over now because wipes yadda yadda very important Elyos character etc. That is a very good reason to make a character though, right?

But of course :3 It's weird---the last MMO I bought was FF11 and I couldn't stick with it. I hope this works out.

Oh, I do want to play, and I probably will...I'll just have to give my computer a stern talking to and find time when I'm not a zombie from work ~_~. Every time I come home I've got a list of things I want to do, but I always end up falling asleep. ._.

Still, the lure of MMOs is strong...
