EDIT: I forgot to mention that I translated the short version of "Agent Yoru wo Iku." Watching that lolitwin sing it really raised my eyebrows. "Mewt me down"? For a moment, I went to a dark place.

I...actually went to the Niconico page, and read about a new account a little bit...there's a limit to what you can watch? I-I don't know what to do ;_; Everybody has one nowadays, don't they? *wrings hands* Oh, but if I went over, they would probably have the songs I want, in high enough quality for me to read the lyrics...

Is there? (A limit, I mean) I haven't noticed ^^; At some hours of the evening here I've noticed that the loading slows to a near-crawl, and it takes a few days for your account to be confirmed. It's not always so good for watching videos if you want to see them clean because of the comments scrolling across the screen.
But there's so much awesome stuff on there. There isn't even a limit on how long videos can be so you can watch full episodes! I watched episodes of Super Doll Licca-chan, and they even have the Toki no Daichi drama CDs, which I don't know if they're even in PRINT anymore. And I've even started to like the comments function, it gives it such an enjoyable feeling (people writing "Kono hito tte kami?" or hundreds of people typing "Eriiiin, Eriiin" at the same time, or talking to the characters "Rossiu, otokomae ni natta" etc.
And so much craaaaack. Have you seen the Niconico Kumikyoku? There's a version with this guy singing all the lyrics kinda off-key, and honestly I never thought I'd hear a human being (Lia doesn't count, she has an army of producers) singing Tori no Uta, let alone a GUY. Maybe my sense of humor has just been completely destroyed already though ^^;;;;;;
I don't know what Tokachi is, but seriously Idolmaster is one of the most popular categories on Nicovideo... I think there's a lot of stuff, honestly.

I have seen Niconico Kumikyoku, but not this one with a guy singing. I saw one with no singing, and one that was very like this, only it was cute girls singing with some guys...and it had the typical scrolling comments. "WE SALUTE YOU!!" at the Dragon Quest theme...and a screen full of "ANIKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII" for that guy on the bench...don't worry, it makes me giggle, too.
Yeah, that was my problem, it takes time for the account to be confirmed. So why not sign up right away?!? ...mendoi... =_=

I keep two email addresses - one for real life and one for Net-ish stuff. That way, I don't get LJ notifications among my serious emails ^^; But yeah, I see what you mean.
