From [livejournal.com profile] jedera. List five fictional people -- from television, movies, books, whatever -- that you had a crush on as a child. Then post this on your LiveJournal so other people can be assured that you're as weird as they thought.

1. Mario (circa 1989. Wowww. YES, I do mean the Super Mario Brothers one.)
2. Sonic the Hedgehog (Third grade, thanks to my friend Chris)
3. GOKU. (The one on Dragonball Z. Seventh grade. God, now there's a year of memories.)
4. Tenchi Sasaki (Probably eighth grade or so)
5. Cloud Strife (When FF7 first came out here, I couldn't look at the box without blushing. TRUE STORY.)

Some of these are a little reasonable or recent, i.e. Goku and Cloud Strife. I'll think this over.

Also, every single one is a cartoon character.

Just in case you were wondering if I'm a QUALIFIED pervert.

I had an involved storyline all laid out. I was Vegeta's little half-sister and in love with Goku, and dreamed of someday being with him while enjoying annoying my brother by liking the accursed Kakkaroto, but in the end I heroically sacrificed my love, for I knew he could only love Chichi. Vegeta nurses my brokenhearted self through his usual bastardly-but-cares means. HOW AWESOME IS THAT.

THAT SO ROCKS O.o

Another crush of mine was Mario. -.-;;;;;;; When I was little I *always* was the princess and made myself get kidnapped so Mario could come save me. I think we had children at some point.

Damn, I never really thought that far, I just thought he was cute. I had these Mario comics and I used to kiss this one big picture of him. Right on the paper. Fufu. Well, he saves a girl that many times, he must be fairly reliable.

It's Zero, the blonde bishie from Megaman X. I got it from this site, but their *cough cough ahem* section is down -- dernit -- but the rest of the stuff is gorgeous eye candy for fangirls. :D

From: [identity profile] moumusu.livejournal.com

I had a story where, he um, saved me from jumping off a tall building, and he gave me a hug. Yup.

From: [identity profile] song-of-dragon.livejournal.com

He saved me from lava, quicksand.... hmmm...can't remember the rest, but it was all very fangirly.

I didn't get any crushes until Pokemon.

Anyways, here we go:

1. Professor Oak (shoot me.)
2. Hojo
3. Otacon (from MGS series. see a trend?)
4. Hughes (WOPZ BROKE THE TREND)
5. Mullin Shetland (from Last Exile) ((the guy in my icon))

Yes, I know, the last two are ongoing, but those are my crushes. At least, the ones I can remember. :x

From: [identity profile] treesock.livejournal.com

And I just realized that I have a new trend: dorky soldier guys. Ho noes.

From: [identity profile] treesock.livejournal.com

Yes. Hojo from FF7.

(Don't know any others, at least not off the top of my head.)

It was more of an obsession than a crush, though. More interest than attraction, I guess.

But I've seen some doujin that make him look good... XD

1. Kenshin Himura (from Rurouni Kenshin, yup.)
2. Lara Croft (OMG YES NO YES NO.)
3. Seishirou Sakurazuka (from CLAMP's X.)
4. Vegeta (yes, the one from DBZ. NOOOOOO ~~~ )

That's about it D: +embarrassed+

From: [identity profile] moumusu.livejournal.com

Vegeta's a favorite, too. He's great because he's mean, but maybe nice to girls. Swoon.

*ponders*

1. one of the Ninja Turtles. I can't remember which.
2. there's got to be some random pop culture TV/cartoon person here but I'm blanking. They're there. Somewhere. In my head.
3. ... like, half the cast of Sailormoon. Here comes the budding anime fangirl.
4. Numair from the Wild Magic series by Tamora Pierce. Oh my.
5. Duo from Gundam Wing.

From: [identity profile] nekolin.livejournal.com

Ah! Numair! I was craaazy about him. My goodness. Haha, I still remember his real name was Arram Draper.. ^^

From: [identity profile] lethael.livejournal.com

It's all about the braids and sarcasm. Oh yes. <3
I know there's Duo/Ed crossovers somewhere. I've seen one fanart. Promised to draw it once, myself, but never got around to it.

From: [identity profile] moumusu.livejournal.com

...I drew one. *tries to feel modest* It was braidgrabbing. I never got to the sex.

From: [identity profile] lethael.livejournal.com

Ooooo... maybe it was your art I saw. *thiiiiiiiink* Hmmmmm. Braidgrabbing. That does sound familiar.
XD Still. There needs to be more.

Now I think that i used to like sheik from Zelda, and that's from as long ago as i can remember. Because for some reason i felt all happy and giddy at the times he showed up. Still i was kind of exuberant during most parts of that game so i wonder if it really counts :>

Well, Sheik's hawt...seen any Sheik/Link fic lately? =w=

[1] Ivy, ACME Gumshoe - Where Is Carmen Sandiago? on Fox Kids in 1994. It was the jumpsuit. And she may have been a redhead. Oh, and she also looked tall and cool next to her awkward little brother Zack. =_=
[2] Felicia Hardy / Black Cat - Spider-Man on Fox Kids, circa 1994. Yet another sexy, adventurous girl courtesy of Fox Kids Saturday mornings. Those were the heady days of well-written afterschool and Sat. morning cartoons.
[3] Hotaru Tomoe - Sailor Moon S. Unspeakably cute. Just...no words.
[4] Makoto Kino - Sailor Moon. Again, with the tall, adventurous brunete. Might've been a subconscious cue from Ivy, but...*shrug*.
[5] Rinoa - FFVIII. Never played the game. But the FMV-derived 'Eyes On Me' music video ravished me. I had a crush on Faye Wong's voice b/c of that video. Just the voice, I didn't know what she looked like for years. I guess I just automatically assocaited the voice w/ Rinoa, esp. the waltz scene. Classical Conditioning. Pavlov was in reality the preeminent pimp of Eastern Europe in his time. His studies on behavioral psychology were in actually conducted on a harem of "bitches" and ho's. Thus the whole "Pavlov's Dogs" title for his published work. He had to clean it up for the academic community.

From: [identity profile] moumusu.livejournal.com

Heh, Rinoa is still the one that amuses me the most. =w=

Hoooooo boy. Well. Here we go. Kindly remember that I was YOUNG AND FOOLISH for most of these.

1.) Sonic (God, why? At least I'm not alone...)
2.) Vegeta (Another WTF choice, but again...it is comforting to know my fellow fangirls shared my affliction.)
3.) Greywolf (Heh. If you can name the TV series he's from, you SO get a cookie.)
4.) Adam (From The Tomorrow People. And my god, he's STILL so hot.)
5.) Aladdin (WHAT? Don't look at me like that...)

*looks at most of the list and CRINGES*

From: [identity profile] moumusu.livejournal.com

Aladdin! AAHAHAHAHAHAHA

This from the girl who was discussing just this afternoon how she liked the Green Power Ranger. Bwahaha.

From: [identity profile] runan.livejournal.com

The Green Power Ranger is infinitely more dorky than Aladdin.

INFINITELY.

From: [identity profile] themp.livejournal.com

What's wrong with the green one? Hmmm? Just cause he was a bit psychotic and didn't know where he stood in the world doesn't mean a single thing!

From: [identity profile] themp.livejournal.com

Everyone else was doing it...

1. *thinks way back* If I'm not mistaken, Raphael (TMNT) was the first when I was like 5. Don't ask me how it would've worked out.
2. ... I think at one point I did crush the Green Power Ranger. Age 7 here.
3. After a long run of real crushes, Himura Kenshin.
4. FFVIII was my real first platform video game... so throw a Squall in there.
5. Vincent (FFVII) just to top off my angsty run.
