I previously had a long entry talking about the upcoming Tales games, which are holding my interest lately. I started entertaining fantasies of buying an XBOX 360 for Tales of Vesperia, and so far I know would justify it with Vesperia, idolm@ster and Eternal Sonata, but I thought I would look at US Amazon for ideas. And in the RPG section we have
Tales of Vesperia to be released on May 3, 2008?
So they're going to have it out before Ratatosk, and have it translated in the US in a couple months? Fucking tell me they meant 2009. I mean, it'd be great if it were true because I really want to play it. I think. If it took longer to come out maybe I could be more rational about waiting for a port to PS3? I must be out of the loop. Someone knew about this, right?
Ratatosk looks awful. Dear Namco, I was thinking about accepting Ratatosk as your heartfelt apology for TOD2, but then you said there would be no Kratos. It's not just "hay guys i was just kidding about going to the moon lol cn i join yr party?" You kicked him off the swim team and made him be narrator. YOU TOOK OUT THE MOE-MAN THAT SOLD SYMPHONIA PS2 TO ME. You also dicked up cooking and put transient ugly monsters in my party instead of real characters. I do not want your failed experiment. Good day, sir.
( And here, I talk about Guy )
Word has been handed down that the trip to Germany is still an idea and not final. My parents say, "a lot of things could happen." They say that means everyone could change their mind, but I take it to mean something more catastrophic, like not enough money, or my Grandma getting doctor's orders not to fly. It's still deeply unlikely that she'll die. At least, I hope. Yeah.
P.S. I've started visiting a nearby gym. It's women-only, and I have a trainer to tell me how to exercise. The women are boring and I don't have to worry about wearing rhinestone sunglasses while I work out. The exercises are utterly painless. Best of all, it is working. I look better. If you have the money and hate exercising other ways, find a quality gym you can stick with, because that is money well-spent.
